How to Order

FOR STOCK ITEMS:

STOCK items are denoted with an S at the end of the item code. You may order STOCK items in box units of 2,500 pieces per box. STOCK means the item you have selected is printed as pictured with no changes. If you prefer to add copy, council phone number, council website, or print on the backside please select the CUSTOM version of this item denoted with a C at the end of the item #. If you are satisfied with the STOCK version of the item, proceed with the following steps:

#1 Download and Complete the ORDER FORM. Completing the item #'s correctly, the shipping address, and contact information will help us ensure that your order is filled correctly. If you need help call 1-800-693-4184 and we will be able to guide you through the process.

#2 Fax your ORDER FORM to 803-531-8509. OR you may scan the completed form and email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

#3 You are now finished. Our customer service team will contact you to let you know that we received your order. If you do not hear from us in 24 hours please call us at 1-800-693-4184.

 

FOR CUSTOM ITEMS:

CUSTOM items are denoted with a C at the end of the item code. CUSTOM items require a minimum order of 15,000 pieces and are ordered in the following quantities: 15,000 - 25,000 - 50,000 - 75,000 - 100,000 - 150,000 - 200,000. On a CUSTOM printed item you are able to add copy, council phone numbers, council website, and in some cases alter the design by swapping out photos and logos. Backside printing in Black Ink on CUSTOM ITEMS is FREE! If your order does not meet the minimum requirement of 15,000, you may want to consider an item that is a STOCK ITEM denoted with an S at the end of the item code. If you are satisfied with the CUSTOM version of this item, proceed with the following steps:

#1 Download and Complete the ORDER FORM. Completing the item #'s correctly, the shipping address, and contact information will help us ensure that your order is filled correctly. If you need help call 1-800-693-4184 and we will be able to guide you through the process.

#2 Attach the CUSTOM INFO that you would like added to each item in an organized fashion. Typed instructions will be clearer and easier for our art department to follow, thus saving you time in the proofing process. Once we receive your ORDER FORM and CUSTOM INSTRUCTIONS, you will be assigned to a designer. The designer will contact you by email with PDF proof. Our goal is to help you achieve a look and image that fits your local requirements. We offer our design services for FREE for the majority of CUSTOM ORDERS. If your design requires more work and exceeds the FREE design service allotment, we will let you know before proceeding.
