Here is a summary of the information you'll need for this invitation style:
Ceremony Host - e.g. Mr. and Mrs. Steven Jones, but this could be the troop name
Ceremony Co-Host - e.g. Boy Scout Troop 4301, or this could be your sponsoring organization or both
Ceremony Name - the default is 'Eagle Scout Court of Honor', but you can modify that
Honoree(s) - the new Eagle Scout's name or names if multiple scouts are receiving awards in this ceremony
Date and Time - typically we format this as Saturday, August 20th, 2011 at 7:30 PM
Ceremony Location - this can be just the location name or the complete address (and contact phone number)
Post-Ceremony Events - typically information about a reception
RSVP Date - the date you need to receive all RSVPs or regrets
RSVP Contact Info - could be a phone number, email address or just contact name as you wish
Customization Request - explain any details you'd like to change such as wording, bold versus regular text.
NOTE: We are not offering a selection of fonts at this time because there are just too many options. If you request a specific font we will try to match it if possible. You should definitely request a digital proof if you are requesting a specific font or other customizations.
